Restocking Fee

In the event of a dissatisfied customer, 20% restocking fees apply, or the materials deposit negotiated before the order is placed, if any, whichever is greater.

Waiting List

Items are typically made after the customer places the order. Payment of the deposit or purchase price reserves a place in the production queue. For items under $50, typical wait times are between 2-4 weeks. For items over $50, expect approximately one month per hundred dollars. Customer may request rush-priority, at an additional fee to be negotiated via email.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Prices shown are based upon the price of the materials and availability at the time the item was posted for sale. In the event that the materials are not available, or are available at a higher price, the buyer will be notified via email and given the option of paying the difference or receiving a refund.

Shipping

Shipping costs are added in through Paypal. Costs are estimates to the continental US. Buyer is responsible for actual shipping costs, including packaging, if greater than the shipping amount in original purchase. In the event of higher shipping costs, buyer will be notified before item is shipped and given the option of paying the difference or receiving a refund.
